We have designed The Emerging Talent Program to provide young ambitious rugby

 players from 14-16 with an individual focused, alternative pathway to develop  athletically, physically, mentally and emotionally. We  promote and encourage

the unique values of rugby such as teamwork, sportsmanship and community in a professional, high performance environment.
